Handlettering workshop at Westport Family Resource Centre

We had an extremely busy morning on the 3rd October, with a packed room full of people of all ages busy practising their hand-lettering skills. We began with a look at the basic geometry of the classic Roman letter, then moved on to people’s individual projects, mostly looking at exploring three-dimensional effects. We only used pencils, markers and pens, and there was a constant struggle over the justified use (or not) of an eraser!
